The ISCIII IC - SCReN PT Platform is part of the ECRIN-ERIC European Network.
ECRIN (European Clinical Research Infrastructure Network) is a network integrated in the non-profit ERIC (European Research Infrastructure Consortium) that operates in the framework of independent/academic in the framework of independent/academic Clinical Research. The European Network connects the national clinical research networks of its member countries, and mainly facilitates the development of international clinical the development of clinical studies at the international European level, offering consultancy and/or support in clinical operations (provision of services) always under legislation in force in the European Union (EU) and with the European Union (EU) and with the support of its members.
At present, ECRIN integrates the networks of 13 countries EU countries. 12 of these of them are full members (Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Switzerland) and 1 of them is an observer country (Slovakia).

In a general sense, collaboration is based on the cooperation of the National Network Coordination structure (Scientific Partner) and the European correspondent (EuCo, European Correspondent), who acts as ECRIN's representative in implementing the work of the European Network in each country.
In Spain, the Internationalization Working Group (GdT) is the body responsible for coordinating the National Network-EuCo. It integrates the Coordination Unit (Coordinating Centre of the Scientific Partner), the EuCo, and the node that hosts the EuCo (ECRIN National Hub of the Scientific Partner) in the coordination structure of the GdT.
